Panchamla Thailam

Panchamla Thailam is a revered Ayurvedic herbal oil known for its potent therapeutic properties. It is prepared by infusing a base oil (usually sesame oil) with a combination of five sour-tasting fruits, namely Amla (Indian gooseberry), Haritaki (chebulic myrobalan), Vibhitaki (Beleric myrobalan), Bilva (Bael fruit), and Kantakari (Yellow-fruit nightshade).
