It is a small herb, erect, grows up to 40 cm in height, slender and much branched with hairy stem; the are leaves simple, sub sessile, numerous, ovate, apex acute, densely silky, and up to 9 mm long and 6 mm wide; flower is white, in clusters in the axils, corolla lobed, hairy on the the tip; fruits are ovoid capsules, pointed found at the apex; seeds are solitary.
