Plant description

Fennel Plant  is a perennial herb, erect, slender, glaucous green, and grows up to 2.5 m tall, stems are hollow. The leaves are threadlike, thin, pale green, grow to 40 cm long and about 0.5 mm wide. The flowers are yellow, tiny, found in terminal compound umbels wide up to 15 cm, each umbel section having 20–50 tiny pedicels.Medicinal uses:

To treat colitis, Constipation, Painful menstruation, Stomach upset and indigestion, Bronchitis, Cough, Mild spasms of the stomach and intestines, flatulence, Bloating, respiratory tract infection.
