False Daisy is an annual herb commonly throughout India, in the wasteland, plane areas, etc., prostrate, and erect, and it grows up to 1 ft tall and grows abundantly in tropical areas. Leaves are simple lace-shaped and 2.5 to 7.5 cm long, oppositely arranged, oblong, elliptic. Stems are erect, velvety, pale green, short, flat, or round, brown stems. Flowers are small and white, shaped like a daisy flower.

Medicinal uses:
One of Dasapushpa that it increases immunity power, induces hair growth, increases blood circulation, skin diseases, premature graying, shiny hair, boils, infections and inflammations, heel pain, toothache, and Elephantiasis.

wedelolactone, demethyl wedelolactone, thiophene derivatives, steroids, triterpenes polypeptides, polyacetylenes, and flavonoids.

A decoction of leaves is administrated in uterine hemorrhage. The juice of the whole plant with honey and castor oil is given to infants for the expulsion of worms. The well-ground whole plant paste can be applied to skin diseases, insect bites, stings, and swellings.
