Sirodhara:

Sirodhara is a method in the  Ayurvedic treatment process of pouring of medicated oils and other liquids applying to our forehead is called Sirodhara. Siro means Head and Dhara means flow. Sirodhara ia an Ayurvedic treatment method. A flow of aromatic oils on the forehead between eyebrows which leads to balancing effect on the deepest recesses of the brain, the lukewarm medicated oils are allowed to flow over the scalp and through the hair for a defined period. A gentle relaxing massage accompanies this oil. It is an effective therapy for mental relaxation.
